Our commitment
Direwolf Cybersecurity wants everyone to be able to use this website and the Direwolf Platform, including people who use assistive technology. This website is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we intend the Platform to meet the same standard. We treat accessibility as part of quality, not as an add-on, and if you find a barrier we will fix it.
We do not describe the site as “fully accessible” or “compliant”: a conformance claim requires a recorded audit, which we will carry out and date here before launch.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading order, and a skip link on every page.
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast (at least 4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for controls) in both light and dark color schemes.
- No autoplaying motion, and respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
- Labels, instructions and error messages on every form field, announced to screen readers.
- Text alternatives for images and icons.
- Pages that can be read and navigated without JavaScript.
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) over every page, in light and dark color schemes and at phone width, as part of our release checks, plus keyboard testing by the people who build the site.
Known limitations
- The Platform has not yet been audited. We hold it to the same WCAG 2.1 AA target and plan automated accessibility checks and a recorded audit with screen readers before launch. Until then there may be barriers we have not found.
- Screenshots on the Platform page are placeholders. When real screenshots are added they will have text alternatives describing what they show.
- Third-party software. Some tasks, such as the Stripe checkout page, take place in software we do not build. We choose vendors that publish accessibility information, but we cannot fix barriers in their products ourselves; tell us and we will raise them with the vendor.
- Contact form without JavaScript. Without JavaScript the form cannot send directly; it tells you to email us instead, and the address is provided.
We will list any further issue we become aware of here, with the expected fix date.
Feedback
If you have difficulty using any part of this website or the Platform, or want a document in another format, write to contact@direwolfcybersecurity.com or use the contact form. Please tell us the page or feature, what went wrong, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within ten business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we can.
Compatibility
The website is built to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) and with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, on desktop and mobile. It does not depend on JavaScript to read content or to navigate, and it is designed to reflow at browser zoom up to 400 percent without loss of content.
