Our commitment

Direwolf Cybersecurity is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. We make every employment decision, including recruiting, hiring, assignment, training, promotion, compensation, discipline and termination, on the basis of qualifications, merit and business needs.

Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act reaches small employers, and we hold ourselves to it from our first hire.

Veterans

Direwolf Cybersecurity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), SBA certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) program. We welcome applications from veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserve, and military spouses, and we value the experience they bring.

Reasonable accommodation

We provide reasonable accommodation to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities, and for sincerely held religious beliefs and practices, unless doing so would cause undue hardship. If you need an accommodation during the application process, tell us through the contact form or at contact@direwolfcybersecurity.com and describe what would help; we will respond promptly and keep the request confidential to the extent possible.

Job postings

When we post a role we will state the compensation range, a general description of benefits, and the application deadline, as Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires. If a role involves access to information subject to U.S. export controls, we will say so in the posting using the “U.S. person” definition in 22 CFR 120.62 (which includes citizens, nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees and asylees) or the availability of export authorization. We will not limit a role to U.S. citizens where the law does not require it.

Raising a concern

Anyone who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment or retaliation in connection with Direwolf Cybersecurity, whether as an applicant, employee, contractor or customer, may report it through the contact form or at contact@direwolfcybersecurity.com. Reports are investigated promptly and handled confidentially to the extent possible. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation is prohibited.

About this statement

This statement is versioned like our other policies and is matched by an internal equal employment opportunity policy adopted by the company.
